The performance and stability of Polaris SL stems from our deep experience in engineering and design. Unlike other brands that slap their logos onto open mould products, we meticulously design Polaris to exacting standards - from Finite Element Analysis to Computational Fluid Dynamics, our products use state-of-the-art simulation and optimization techniques to bring the highest performance and user experience to the rider.It's not easy - we are the only company in Singapore that does carbon wheel design, but our custom rim designs attain a performance unreachable with open-mould rims.
SUPERIOR AERODYNAMICS
Through careful optimization of the rim shape and rim-tire interface via thousands of hours of Computational Fluid Dynamics simulations, as well as wind tunnel testing at the A2 Wind Tunnel in North Carolina, USA, we were able to design a series of rims that works admirably fast. During testing, our rims matched favorably with class leading wheels - our Polaris 56SL in particular is faster than a Zipp 454 NSW and remains aerodynamic to a greater wind angle.
CALMING STABILITY
Designed with a priority on handling transient gusts, Polaris minimizes steering torque, while maintaining torque linearity to a greater wind angle. A linear response means that steering is more predictable with less twitching or jerking during sudden gusts, while a lower steering moment means less effort spent keeping the bike moving straight. The Polaris 56SL easily matches a Zipp 454 NSW in crosswind performance, while maintaining handling over a larger range of angles (17 deg) than the Zipp 454 (16 deg) before stalling.

Singapore orders
Pickup from our location is best - Sometimes, bikes need to be fitted to you, and wheels need to be installed properly to perform their best. We are happy to assist with that, and are best able to do so with all our tools at our disposal.
Delivery of items is possible, and a fee will be charged if you choose this option.
International Orders
Off-the-shelf items (like wheels) will be shipped as soon as practicable. In general, we expect to ship wheels within 2-3 business days if they are in stock (ZENITH, POLARIS, Defiant carbon track wheels, Adamant Alloy wheels). Most of the required time is to get the decals prepared in your preferred color and apply them.
Custom orders like the Bolt/Intrepid mini velo and custom wheel builds will require a longer lead time of about 2 weeks to 1 month, as some parts need to be ordered and fitted. Please contact us and we will discuss the details with you.
All orders will be shipped by UPS Worldwide, except where another arrangement is required.
