For bike orders

It takes 4-12 business days for us to assemble and test your bike before it is ready for collection. Additional time may be required for any customized parts/components included in your order.

For overseas customers, an additional day will be required to pack the bike for shipping, before it is handed over to the courier.

For all other orders

In-stock items will be ready for collection by the following business day.

For overseas customers, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the order to arrive.

While we strive our best to get your order to you as fast as we can, we seek your understanding that there may be factors out of our control that may affect the estimated delivery times.
