Drawing from the successes and lessons learnt from the original Aeroos, we set out to create the fastest, most comfortable UCI-compliant handlebars in the market.
Our design philosophy has not changed - the rider contributes 80% of the overall aerodynamic drag, so optimizing the rider's position on the bike brings the biggest gains in speed.
The new Aeroo has two variants: Road and Gravel, with different drop widths. Both handlebars incorporate cutting-edge thinking and ergonomic features to help you maintain an aero position for more speed.
It's all about the angles
A 24 deg backsweep and 13.5 deg downsweep help you tuck into an optimal position on the tops.
A 7 deg horizontal inward tilt on the hoods
gives you a natural wrist angle for improved control on the hoods, and a narrower profile to improve rider aerodynamics.
A deep forearm scoop keeps your forearms locked in place while in the aero tuck position, so you can focus on navigating the road ahead.
ULTRACOMPACT DROPS
A bent arm presents less frontal area to the wind and creates less drag than a straight arm.
The ultracompact 100mm drop allows you to keep your elbows bent while you are in the drops, while the shape of the drops helps you maintain control under all conditions.
ROUTING/ATTACHMENT
The Aeroo Road/Gravel allows for both full-internal, and partial internal cable routing, allowing you to use it with any road bike.
A much-requested feature was an increased stem clamp width. We have increased the stem clamp width to 90mm to allow for more attachments, including clip-on TT bars.
UCI COMPLIANT
The Aeroo Road/Gravel complies with UCI rules on minimum shifter width, minimum outside width, maximum flare.
Complies with UK CTT Road Time Trial standards.
