Enjoy 3 days of cycling in the countryside, outside the bustle of Hanoi city. As Vietnam emerges from winter, this trip will deliver breathtaking views, challenging climbs, and thrilling descents, while remaining just a few hours' drive from Hanoi city.
We aim to keep this ride to a maximum of 10 participants.

ITINERARY IS TENTATIVE, AND MAY BE SUBJECTED TO CHANGES DUE TO LOCAL CONDITIONS OR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
As most riders prefer to cycle with their own bicycles, we will not be providing bicycles for this trip. Riders are encouraged to arrange for bike bag rentals, packing, and additional airline baggage allowance.
A support vehicle and mechanic will accompany riders during the trip. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix every issue. Please ensure that your bike is in good riding condition. We recommend carrying basic supplies like a pump, inner tube, and tire lever in a saddlebag during the ride.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory during rides. If you do not have a helmet, we will not allow you to ride. You will be responsible for your personal safety during the ride, and must purchase suitable travel insurance for the duration of the trip. Riders agree to waive Ascent of any for liability for death, injury, or damage to property that occurs on the trip.
Flying in/out of: Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)
Singaporean visitors do not require a Visa for stays of up to 30 days. Riders are responsible for ensuring that they are eligible for travel and entry into Vietnam, and that their passport validity has more than 6 months remaining from the trip end date.
We recommend the following flights to/from Singapore:
Singapore to Hanoi (22/03/2024):

Airport transfers are included for riders who book these flights. Should riders choose alternative flights, they will need to arrange for their own airport transfer.
Riders will need to consult their preferred airline's luggage policy on sporting equipment, and purchase the required amount of additional luggage to accommodate the bikes and storage cases.
The national currency of Vietnam is the Dong (VND). US Dollars may also be used in the cities, but Dong is preferred in smaller towns and villages. You may wish to change some currency for gratuities, shopping, and other expenses.
The trip is available for booking until 31st January 2024 or until slots run out, whichever is earlier.
Full payment is required on booking in order to confirm a slot on the trip.
Should you wish to cancel your booking before 31st December 2023, we will provide a full refund, minus applicable transaction fees and administrative costs.
Refunds will not be possible after 31st December 2023.
Late arrivals and early departures will not make you eligible for a refund.
